How to add a link using the text editor

To put a link within a survey question; when editing the question you want to add a link to, type the text you want to link from, and then select the text, and click on the link button:

This will bring up the URL box:

Put the web address of the site you want to link to in the box, and click OK. Your text will now be linked to the web address you entered:

How to add a document link to a survey question

These instructions are for when you want to link to a document from within a survey question. You can also embed a document within your consultation, so that participants can read the document on screen.

To add a document link; when editing the question you want to add the document link to, type the text you want to link from, and then select the text, and click on the link button:

This will bring up the linking box. Click on the Upload tab:

Click on the Choose File button, and find the document you want to link to on your computer. Then, click on the Send it to the Server button. The file will be uploaded to Citizen Space and a link to the document will appear:

Click OK.

Your document is now linked to the text:
