How do site-admins and admins search?
As an administrator you can find consultations by going to the Manage Consultations page when logged in. From here you will see the consultations that you have access to. You can find the link in the admin navigation bar at the top right of the page when logged in.
You can use the various search functionality at the top of this page:
How do respondents search?
Respondents i.e. those who are not logged in, can search for consultations using the Find Consultations page on the Consultation Hub.
Respondents can select the Advanced search link which brings them to a page where they can search via a number of criteria:
Still can't find your consultation?
Here are some possible reasons:
1) Have you moved to a new department?
You may not be able to find the consultation(s) you've created if you've moved to a new department. Consultations are owned by departments, and so stay within the originating department, even if the individual who created it has moved.
While there is not a way to move a consultation to a new department, the Site Admin can reassign it to a new user within the originating department.
2) Is the consultation you are looking for a private consultation?
Private consultations will not appear in the public Consultation Hub for your organisation.
You will need to log in to Citizen Space in order to see private consultations. To quickly locate all of your private consultations, follow the instructions at the top of this page. In the search box, tick the Show private consultations: Private only box. For more information, see this article.
