If you have areas enabled on your Citizen Space hub, then you must assign Areas to your consultation in order to publish it. Areas must be set up in your Citizen Space instance before you may do this.
1) On the consultation dashboard, first select option 1. Edit Consultation Details.
2) Then, in the 'Edit Consultation Details' page, either select the Areas link to take you directly to that section, or scroll down the page until you find it:
You can select any or all Areas by following the instructions on screen:
3) Once you're done, use the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save your choices
