How do I know what version of Citizen Space I am using?

1. Locate your Citizen Space URL

You will know if you have the right URL as it will take you to your Consultation hub.

Your URL might look like this https://demo.citizenspace.com where demo is replaced with your organisation's name such as https://norfolk.citizenspace.com.

OR the format might be like this https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk

 

2. Add '/citizen_space_version' to the end of your URL

So it might look like this https://demo.citizenspace.com/citizen_space_version or maybe like this https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/citizen_space_version.

 

3. Now visit that URL in your browser

The page that loads will display the version of Citizen Space that you are using. The first digit is the most helpful.

 

https://v3-preview.citizenspace.com/citizen_space_version displays the below, which tells us it is on Version 3 of Citizen Space.
