At the end of 2018, we updated our processes to be able to run product updates overnight in the early hours of your morning.
To make this a repeatable and useful process and so that you can expect the same thing each time; we'll now always release any update to your Citizen Space site on a designated night of the week at as close as possible to 1am your local time.
We will send out a release announcement in the week before we apply any upgrades to all sites, detailing what will be in that release, and then your site will be upgraded around 1am on your designated weekday the following week.
In February 2019, all customer site admins were notified via email of their organisation's upgrade day. For any new customers, we are allocating an upgrade day during set-up and providing them with that information.
